Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered to preserve the natural enzymes, pollen, and rich flavor profiles that make our harvests unique.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We ship via expedited carriers to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package departs our facility.
Do you offer returns on food products?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
My honey has crystallized. Is it still safe to eat?
Absolutely! Crystallization is a natural sign of pure, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath and stir gently until the crystals dissolve.
